Invited faculty and speaker at ANZET 2026, the major interventional cardiology meeting in Australia and New Zealand. Dr Ada contributed to specialist education through a hands-on IVUS workshop and lectures on drug-coated balloon intervention, sharing contemporary techniques and practical approaches with interventional cardiologists.

Lead author and Principal Investigator of the SCORE-CUT trial, a multicentre randomised study comparing scoring, cutting and non-compliant balloons for lesion preparation before drug-coated balloon angioplasty. The trial uses IVUS to determine which strategy achieves the best vessel preparation.

Contributed to peer-reviewed research describing the jailed drug-coated balloon technique, with a focus on improving outcomes in complex coronary intervention.

Invited as international faculty to teach contemporary interventional cardiology techniques at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Intervention Programme (TCIP) and Asia Pacific Society of Cardiology (APSC) course.

Lead author of a peer-reviewed publication describing the management of recurrent calcified coronary nodules, one of the most technically demanding challenges in coronary intervention.

Invited as faculty to deliver hands-on training in OCT-guided coronary intervention, teaching practising interventional cardiologists advanced imaging techniques for complex PCI.

Co-author of the FIX-IT technique, an IVUS-guided approach published to improve the precision and reproducibility of ostial coronary stenting.

Co-author of a novel IVUS-guided technique published in JACC: Case Reports, designed to improve the precision of ostial coronary stent placement.

Co-author of a peer-reviewed review article providing a practical framework for the diagnosis, prevention and management of coronary stent fracture.

Lead author of a novel technique published in JACC: Case Reports introducing a real-time IVUS-guided approach to improve the precision of ostial coronary stent placement.

Presented on contemporary approaches to complex coronary intervention, sharing practical techniques and evidence-based strategies with interventional cardiologists.

Lead author of a peer-reviewed publication introducing the KISS-POT method, a practical technique designed to simplify selected coronary bifurcation procedures while optimising stent expansion.
