Research Contribution: Publication in JACC: Case Reports – Recurrent Calcified Coronary Nodules

I was pleased to contribute to a recent publication in JACC: Case Reports examining the management of recurrent calcified coronary nodules, a complex and uncommon cause of coronary artery disease that can present significant challenges during coronary stenting.

The publication presents three clinical cases, highlighting different treatment strategies and the importance of careful procedural planning when managing heavily calcified coronary arteries. Sharing these experiences contributes to the growing body of knowledge that helps interventional cardiologists manage difficult cases more effectively.

Research and collaboration are important parts of my clinical practice. Working alongside colleagues from Australia, New Zealand and Singapore to publish peer-reviewed research helps advance contemporary coronary intervention while ensuring my patients benefit from evidence-based care informed by the latest developments in the field.
